We will be working by appointment only, as always. If you had a prior appointment, there is no need to call us, as we will be contacting you, in the order those appointments were in. However, if you did not have a previous appointment, give us a call at 717.653.6167, and we will add you to our preferred waiting list. Please be patient with us, as we will be working hard and longer hours to try to accommodate each of you and get your appointments in as quickly as possible! This will be a process, and we appreciate your patience and understanding!
When you arrive for your appointment, please wait on the benches, in the atrium (outside of the spa) as they are 6 feet apart. If they are already being used, please either wait outside or in your car. We will call or text you when we are ready for you to come in.
In the atrium, you will see a sanitizing cart, (right next to the spa entrance) with hand sanitizer and a form. We ask that you first use the hand sanitizer, then read and sign the form and lastly, secure your face mask, before entering the spa.
** please note: it is your responsibility to provide your own mask.**
The form simply states that you are COVID-19 free, haven't traveled outside of the country or haven't been around anyone (that you know of) who has symptoms or has COVID-19. Please bring this signed form in with you when we call/text you and give it to our staff at the front desk. If you feel sick or in any way compromised health wise, please refrain from coming and seek a doctor's attention. If you do feel sick, we ask for a courtesy call of 12-24 hours of notice. Please come alone rather than bringing others with you, if possible, to help out with the number of people in the spa.
Once you've entered the spa, you will be greeted by our staff. We so look forward to seeing you!! Unfortunately, we can't offer you drinks or magazines/newspapers, at this time. We hope to be able to again, soon! You will then be taken back to your stylist's hair station or treatment room where all items have been wiped down and sanitized. We are unable to provide upper lip & chin waxing, as well as facials, at this time. We will resume those services as soon as it's safe! We would then appreciate all payments by check or card, if possible. Lastly, we are working together to maintain a safe distance from others, so please use courtesy to move forward or back, as needed, to allow that space between you and other people.
Per CDC guidelines we are not permitted to distribute beverages. If you would like that, please bring your own.
We appreciate you working with us to feel safe and keep others that way too. This a new experience for all of us, and hopefully one that will be short term. We can get through this together! 🙂
